Light-based hair removal device is a Pulsed Light system which emits intense pulsed light (IPL) at a wavelength ranging from 510~1100nm. How to use?

Where I can use it?

I was also shaving the hairs and I didn't notice much of a result. Two months ago I decided to try it out again but this time wax at home right before using it (I read this would give the best results). It is working great!
